Privacy Policy

Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.

Google Search Console data. With your permission, we request read-only access to Search Console (the webmasters.readonly scope). We read the list of your properties, search performance (clicks, impressions, position and the queries and pages behind them), sitemaps, and URL Inspection results for pages on your sites. We cannot change anything in your Search Console.

Bing Webmaster Tools data. If you add a Bing API key, we read the list of your Bing sites, their search performance and crawl information. We store the key encrypted and never show it again after you save it.

Your sites' public pages. We fetch public pages on the sites you pick (titles, headings, links, status codes) to find problems such as broken links or missing titles.

Agent activity. When your AI agent calls ScaleSleek, we log which tool it called, when, and for which site, so you can see and disconnect your agents.

Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage and errors. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count site visits, and Sentry for error reports.

We use data from Google APIs only to show you your own sites' search performance, indexing status and recommended fixes, and to answer your AI agent when you ask it about your sites. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train or improve general AI or machine-learning models.

People at ScaleSleek do not read your Google data, except with your permission (for example to answer a support request), when needed for security, or when the law requires it.

We store the Search Console data we read in our databases (MongoDB Atlas and Google Cloud), which encrypt it at rest and in transit.

ScaleSleek's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data reaches your AI agent only when you connect that agent to your ScaleSleek account and it asks for a site you have access to. Your agent's own provider handles that data under its own terms.

Only the service providers that run ScaleSleek: Clerk (sign-in), Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas and Google Cloud (databases), Stripe (payments), Sentry (error reports) and Google Analytics (site visits). They process data on our behalf. We share data otherwise only if the law requires it.

We keep your audit results and search data until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Newer search data replaces older data for the same dates. If you disconnect Google or remove your Bing key, we stop reading that source. If you email us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days of your request.

• Remove ScaleSleek's access to Google at any time in your Google Account permissions.
• Remove your Bing key in ScaleSleek settings, or revoke it in Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Disconnect any AI agent from your ScaleSleek account.
• Ask us to export or delete your data by emailing admin@scalesleek.com.

Data is encrypted in transit. Bing keys are encrypted by ScaleSleek before they are stored. Google sign-in is managed by Clerk, and we never see your Google password. When a job needs your Search Console data, we get a short-lived Google access token from Clerk and use it for that job. The token stops working after about an hour, even if a copy stays in the job record.
